We hope you love your Néra piece as much as we loved creating it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- With all tags attached
Items that show any signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Swimwear
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred size or style, subject to availability.
